Disability Support Worker

We're currently seeking dedicated Support Workers to join our team in Glenrothes, where we provide Supported Living services, Day Services, and Care Homes services. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing daily care and support to customers, promoting their independence, and enhancing their quality of life.
This rewarding role requires strong interpersonal skills, effective communication, and a creative approach to working with customers and their families. Personal care experience is beneficial, but not necessary – what matters most is your compassion and dedication to delivering high-quality care and support. Team players who thrive under pressure and are willing to participate in an on-call rota as needed are ideal candidates. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £23,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits, including Wagestream, a Free Blue Light Card, Contributory Pension Scheme, Cash Health Plan, Career Development opportunities, Referral Bonuses, Free PVG Check, and Employee Assistance Programme.
