About the Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team at Inspired Thinking Group (ITG). This is an excellent opportunity to drive business growth and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with our clients. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing store orders, campaigns, and bespoke print production work through ITG's marketing platform, Media Centre.
  • Providing accurate information to the Account Manager, formulating full briefs, and assisting with production detailed specifications for suppliers.
  • Assisting with quotation process by working with supplier and Account Manager directly.
  • Maintaining detailed job history via the use of management information systems as well as managing master database.
  • Managing client artwork, brief requirements, and timings.
  • Ensuring all relevant parties are briefed and informed of project progress.
  • Running and managing projects for campaigns ensuring all deadlines are hit and on time delivery achieved.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A customer-centric approach and ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in a client-facing environment, preferably in retail.
  • A full driving license and willingness to travel to suppliers, ITG offices, and client sites.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
What You'll Get
