About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Locum Consultant in Gastroenterology with General Medicine to join our team. As a key member of our Adult Audiology Admin team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of patient journeys across our ten sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage patient communications via telephone and Trust systems to create letters, emails, and text reminders.
  • Act as a point of contact for queries from clinical and non-clinical staff.
  • Liaise with clinical and non-clinical teams across the Trust via telephone and email.
  • Educate patients on changes to clinics and appointments as instructed, often at short notice.
