About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Band 6 Adult Dysphagia Speech and Language Therapist to join our team on a locum contract basis. The ideal candidate will have postgraduate experience working with adults, particularly those with learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will work with adults as a postgraduate therapist, providing support and guidance to patients with varied needs. They will be responsible for building strong relationships with patients, using exceptional communication skills to ensure effective communication and care.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess a HCPC-approved degree in Speech and Language Therapy, a valid HCPC registration, and NQP (Newly Qualified Practitioner) competencies completed. They will also have completed Dysphagia Training and Competencies. Postgraduate experience working with learning disabilities is essential.
