Job Title: Children's Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Support Worker to join our team at Vetro Recruitment. As a Children's Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting young people with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and challenging behaviours in a residential setting.

About the Role:
  • Support young people in a fast-paced environment to develop socially, emotionally, and behaviourally.
  • Provide a safe and therapeutic care environment, promoting independence and well-being.
  • Ensure the safety of young people, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of individual care plans and guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with staff, parents, Social Workers, and other professionals.
  • Protect children and young people from risks to their health and welfare.
Requirements:
  • Experience as a Children's Support Worker or in a related social care field.
  • Valid driving license and ability to transport young people.
  • Age 22 or above.
  • NVQ or QCF level 3 in Children & Young People (desirable).
