We are seeking a skilled First Line Technical Support Specialist to join our client's growing 24/7 support team in Manchester. This role involves working on a 12-week rotating shift pattern, requiring strong customer service and technical skills.

The ideal candidate should be prepared to work nights and weekends and eager to develop their knowledge of systems like PRTG and Solarwinds for Avaya applications.

This role offers clear progression opportunities to advance into 2nd and 3rd line support, with comprehensive training and support provided.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-line technical support, triage issues, and escalate as needed.
  • Monitor and manage alarms and alerts within systems like PRTG and Solarwinds for Avaya applications.
  • Handle tasks such as adding/removing users and working with systems like Avaya and Netsapiens.
Salary and Benefits:
