About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team from January 2025. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting students with ASD and other learning needs, providing one-on-one and small group support, and working closely with teachers to adapt learning resources and teaching strategies.

Key Qualifications:

  • Graduate with a passion for supporting children with special educational needs.
  • Experience working with students with SEN or a desire to gain this experience through education and training.
  • Excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to adapt to different student needs.
  • Proactive approach to providing assistance to students, helping them reach their full potential.
  • Empathy, understanding, and a positive, can-do attitude.

What We Offer:

This long-term role runs until July 2025, with teacher training opportunities available from September 2025 for the right candidate. We offer a competitive salary of £83.33 - £110 per day, making this an attractive opportunity for graduates and experienced professionals alike.
