Able Personnel is seeking a skilled Trainer and Quality Assessor to join their team in Glasgow. As a Trainer and Quality Assessor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs and assessments to individuals in the water industry.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the water industry or sector, including working for water suppliers and experience on the water network. A full UK driving license is essential, as travel to clients' sites will form part of the role.

In this office-based role, you will work Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, and will be required to deliver training for the water industry and assessment services at our client's skills academy, head office, and locations across the UK.

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, allocation of a company vehicle or mileage allowance, paid weekend working, annual performance and salary review, 6-month comprehensive training and development programme, and increased annual leave following a minimum qualifying period.
