We are seeking a highly skilled Business Trainer to join our team at Novus Transforming Lives. As a permanent full-time employee, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality vocational training to learners.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a flexible approach to working in a fast-paced environment and be willing to gain relevant qualifications within a specified timeframe. These include an Award in Education within 6 months and the TAQA assessment qualification during probation.
In addition, you will need to commit to gaining a subject-specific qualification to enable you to train to Level 3 within 2 years. A Level 1 qualification in Literacy and Numeracy or willingness to obtain it within 1 year is also required.
