Senior Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Site Manager to join our team at Fawkes & Reece South. As a key member of our site management team, you will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and deliver projects, including client liaison, programming, design development, and quality control.
- Lead and mentor a team of site managers and assistants to ensure successful project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with company health and safety standards, review method statements and risk assessments, and coordinate logistics and deliveries.
- Work closely with the project manager to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

RequirementsWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Site Manager with a strong background in construction management, engineering, or a related field. You will possess excellent technical, organizational, and communication skills, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
You will have a strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and techniques, as well as experience in managing and mentoring teams. A degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management would be advantageous, but not essential based on experience.
