Job Description

Alexander Lloyd is partnering with a leading organisation to recruit an HR Business Partner.

This is a 9-month fixed-term contract, supporting the business with operational HR tasks.

Duties:

  • Develop strong relationships with department heads and line managers.
  • Provide expert advice on people-related matters.
  • Support employee relations, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to deliver key projects and improve HR processes.
  • Support change initiatives and monitor compliance with statutory training.

Requirements:

  • CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualification.
  • Relevant HR experience in a large, complex organisation.
  • Knowledge of current HR trends and evidence of Continuing Professional Development.
  • Experience working in a business partner model organisation.
