About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Social Worker to join our team at Hunter AHP Resourcing. As a Social Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children, young people, and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessing the needs of children and young people and developing SMART care plans
  • Working with children, young people, and their families to achieve positive outcomes
  • Representing the service at professional forums and meetings
  • Deputising for the Practice Manager as needed
  • Quality assuring work completed by Social Workers

Requirements:

  • Experience of working with children, young people, and their families
  • Excellent writing skills and ability to represent the service at professional forums
  • Proven track record of establishing positive and meaningful relationships with children, young people, and their families
  • Ability to deputise for the Practice Manager
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
  • Car driver to travel across multiple sites
