Job Title: Planning Legal Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Planning Legal Specialist to join our team at We Do Social Work.

About the Role:

  • As a Planning Legal Specialist, you will work closely with victims and survivors of domestic abuse, providing ongoing risk assessment, safety planning, advocacy, emotional support, and practical guidance.
  • You will have a good understanding of domestic abuse and its impact on victims/survivors, including children and young people.
  • Our ideal candidate will be able to undertake interviews with victims/survivors and perpetrators of abuse as needed to provide a holistic assessment of risk and need.
  • You will work with a diverse range of service users, including those with mental health conditions, those impacted by substance misuse, and those with no recourse to public funds.
  • Our team is committed to delivering high-quality services, and we are looking for someone who shares our values and is passionate about making a difference in the lives of our service users.
