Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct file-work and face-to-face assessments of customers to determine the necessity of a face-to-face assessment.
  • Provide comprehensive reports to enable DWP Decision Makers to make informed benefit claim decisions.
  • Utilize IT software programs to support clinical decision-making during file-work and examinations.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' acute clinical experience.
  • Broad-based clinical experience in an acute setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive, empathetic, and professional manner.
  • Strong computer and IT skills.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a targeted team.
  • Adaptability and flexibility under pressure.
