Case Management Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Case Management Coordinator to join our client, a top-tier legal firm in Glasgow. This is a full-time, permanent role that offers a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start or advance their career in the legal sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of personal injury claims from start to finish, ensuring excellent service to clients.
  • Take statements from clients, work with the in-house case management system, and coordinate documents with partners.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, data entry, and monitor the coordinator inbox to keep it up to date and clear.
  • Support administrative tasks for the wider CC team, including portal management, preparing and chasing mandates, and issuing letters.
Requirements:
  • A team player with excellent communication skills and a great telephone manner.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a professional office environment.
  • Comfortable working with solicitors and clients on phone and via email.
