We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Case Management Coordinator to join our team at a top-tier legal firm in Glasgow. As a Case Management Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the entire claims process from start to finish, ensuring the highest level of service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a caseload of personal injury claims, coordinating with solicitors and clients to ensure timely and efficient resolution.
- Work closely with the in-house case management system to track and update case progress.
- Coordinate documents and correspondence with partners and other stakeholders.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, naming, and scanning documents onto the system.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Monitor the coordinator inbox and ensure it remains up-to-date and clear.
- Support administrative tasks for the wider CC team, including portal management.
- Prepare and chase mandates, issue letters, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
