About the Role:

The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a Customer Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via telephone, live chat, social media, email, and written correspondence.

  • Taking inbound calls and making outbound calls to both customers and company clients.
  • Resolving highly escalated complaints in an understanding and empathetic manner.
  • Maintaining and improving the standards of service offered to our clients and customers.

You will also be responsible for coaching, developing, supporting, and motivating team members. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment, within the customer service centre.
