Design Management Coordinator

AECOM is seeking a highly skilled Design Management Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Design Management team, you will be responsible for managing the design process, ensuring quality and compliance with contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the design process, including preparing design programmes, monitoring and reporting progress.
- Ensure quality and compliance with contractual obligations, reviewing work outputs from the Design Management team.
- Track and report on the progress of all sub-consultant invoices and prepare a monthly Financial Report.
- Establish and implement Design Management Procedures, including managing design budgets and change.
- Support the Design Management team Leadership in their roles and undertake duties such as business development and team performance reviews.
- Experience in development and implementation of design management tools and procedures.
- Commercial awareness of projects and proficiency in MS Project/Excel/InDesign.
- Understanding of the design process and project and design programming skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
