About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Scarlet Tap. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the General Manager and contributing to the success of our venue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the venue
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new ideas and initiatives
