  • Ensure the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety are maintained.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers.
  • Collaborate with the team to create a positive and motivating work environment.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
