Health and Safety Lead Role at Jenkins Shipping

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Lead to join our team at Jenkins Shipping. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving safety initiatives across multiple sites across the UK & Ireland while benefiting from a flexible hybrid work environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead and mentor teams to enhance health & safety capabilities and build a strong safety culture
* Improve safety awareness across all levels of the business and demonstrate your ability to influence and motivate
* Engage with contractors, regulators, and agencies, representing Jenkins and expanding your network and problem-solving skills in safety management

**Requirements**

* Experience in logistics, warehousing, distribution, or shipping
* Professional qualifications such as NEBOSH Diploma or IOSH membership
