Group Health and Safety Lead

As our Group Health and Safety Lead, you will be responsible for driving safety initiatives across multiple sites in the UK and Ireland, while enjoying a flexible hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor teams to enhance health and safety capabilities and build a strong safety culture
  • Improve safety awareness across all levels of the business and demonstrate your ability to influence and motivate
  • Engage with contractors, regulators, and agencies to represent Jenkins and enhance your problem-solving skills in safety management

Requirements:

  • Experience in logistics, warehousing, distribution, or shipping
  • Professional qualifications such as a NEBOSH Diploma or IOSH membership are a plus
