We are seeking an experienced Repairs Surveyor to join our team, working within the East Area of operation. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to Habinteg's mission of providing accessible homes and neighbourhoods for everyone.

About the Role

This is a full-time position, with 35 hours per week (Permanent). You will report directly to a Senior Repairs Surveyor and have no direct reports.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in facilities maintenance, with excellent inspection and reporting skills. They will be able to work independently, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular site visits to inspect and maintain Habinteg's properties.
  • Ensure all repairs and maintenance work is completed to a high standard, meeting Habinteg's quality expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including our Maintenance and Repair teams.
Salary and Benefits

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £30,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you can expect:
