Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Repair and Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating repair and maintenance activities across our portfolio of accessible homes.
This is a full-time position, working 35 hours per week, with a salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will report directly to our Senior Repairs Surveyor and have no direct reports.
You will work from within our area of operation, covering the M25 Corridor, Milton Keynes, and Suffolk. In this role, you will utilize your technical expertise to ensure that repairs and maintenance work is carried out efficiently and effectively, ensuring our homes remain safe and secure for our residents.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of building maintenance and repair, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
