Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Focus: Provide exceptional customer service, managing inquiries, quotes, orders, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Plan and schedule the procurement of materials and hire equipment required for upcoming technician visits, ensuring efficient resource management and timely job completion.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their ongoing safety and survival needs are met.
  • Problem Solving: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Materials Management: Coordinate the flow of materials, equipment, and supplies to support customer orders and technician visits, maintaining proper inventory levels.
  • Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination: Manage the movement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery to customers and service locations, working with suppliers to monitor lead times and resolve potential delays.
  • Compliance & Certification: Ensure all operations and deliveries comply with safety and regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate records and up-to-date certifications as required.
