Clinical Dynamix, Inc. is seeking an experienced Associate Director, Clinical Data Management to lead the development and execution of clinical data management strategies for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Define and implement clinical data management strategies to support business goals and objectives.
  • Data Management Oversight: Oversee the start-up and execution of multiple, complex trials with CROs, ensuring timely and accurate data delivery.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate and manage daily data management and vendor oversight activities for multiple clinical trials.
  • Process Development: Develop and implement data validation guidelines, data specifications, and operational manuals to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to meet project deliverables and timelines for clinical data acquisition, quality checking, and reporting.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline (advanced degree a plus) with a minimum of 10+ years of experience in biotech/biopharma and/or CRO organization.
  • Expertise: Extensive knowledge and experience in clinical data management, including data management systems, electronic data capture systems, and CDISC data standards.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership skills with the ability to drive and lead cross-functional teams.
