Assistant Principal for Personal Development

Cleethorpes Academy is seeking an inspirational educationalist to lead on Personal Development, ensuring the Academy delivers an excellent programme for learners and equips students for life in modern Britain.

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced leader to join our team and contribute to the development of our students. As Assistant Principal for Personal Development, you will be responsible for leading and managing the Personal Development programme, ensuring it aligns with the Academy's vision and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Personal Development programme, ensuring it meets the needs of all students.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve student outcomes and achievement.
  • Work closely with teachers and support staff to ensure effective delivery of the Personal Development programme.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the Personal Development programme, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive approach to student development.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading and managing Personal Development programmes.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, staff, and parents.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve student outcomes.
  • Knowledge of current educational policies and initiatives, with the ability to apply them in a practical context.
