**PART-TIME & PERMANENT OPPORTUNITY - APPROX 20 HOURS PER WEEK**
**FLEXBLE - could be 3 FULL DAYS OR 5 DAYS OVER 4 HOURS, or similar.**
We are parterned to this wonderful, highly successful and inspiring, multi pound turnover business, based in North East Lincolnshire, who are working with a national coverage in an stimulating area within the retail sector.
We are seeking to recruit a highly energetic, forward thinking, hands-on PA/Office Administrator to work for their Finance Director who is heavily involved in all aspects of the running of the business.
A truly great role where you can get involved in all aspects of the business.
DUTIES MAY INCLUDE:
- Maintain and update office records and files
- Assist with data entry and clerical tasks as needed
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using accounting software
- Provide administrative support to the team as required
This would suit someone who is used to working in a fast paced working environment and offers a proactive and flexible and can do attitude. Possessing excellent communication skills and organisational ability, along with strong technical skills in Outlook, Word and Excel.
