Job Title: Mental Health and Autism Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health and Autism Support Worker to join our team at Protocol Education. As a specialist teaching assistant, you will work closely with students with Autism and SEMH, providing individualized support to help them thrive in a secondary school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 support to students with Autism and SEMH, assisting with their learning, social, and emotional development.
  • Develop strong relationships with students, staff, and parents to ensure a supportive and inclusive environment.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to implement individualized education plans and strategies.
  • Use creative and innovative approaches to engage students and promote their academic, social, and emotional growth.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in supporting students with Autism and SEMH.
