Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our youth programmes. This will involve working closely with our programme teams to identify areas for improvement and implementing changes to ensure that our programmes meet the highest standards.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality assurance principles and practices. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
