Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Internal Quality Assurer to join our team. As an Internal Quality Assurer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of our youth programmes. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor and evaluate the quality of our programmes, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance their delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of our youth programmes
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance programme delivery
- Collaborate with programme staff to ensure high-quality programme delivery
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience in quality assurance and improvement
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
