Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Youth Programmes Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organisation, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our youth programmes.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing quality assurance processes for our youth programmes
- Conducting regular reviews and evaluations to ensure programme effectiveness
- Providing guidance and support to programme staff to improve programme delivery
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions
