Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Internal Quality Assurer to join our team. As a key member of our Youth Programmes team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of our programmes, working closely with our staff and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures
- Conduct regular quality audits and assessments
- Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans
- Collaborate with programme staff to ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures
- Provide training and support to staff on quality assurance and compliance
Requirements:
- Proven experience in quality assurance and compliance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of quality assurance frameworks and standards
