Park and Play Activities Manager

Tower Hamlets Partnership is seeking a highly skilled Park and Play Activities Manager to join our Arts, Parks and Events team.

Key Responsibilities:
- To supervise the delivery of regular and seasonal activities and programmes for children across multiple parks in Tower Hamlets.
- To act as duty manager for the Parks and Open Spaces service on weekend days and in line with the rota.
- To lead on Adventure Play facilities and activity development.
- To work across various parks in Tower Hamlets and be an approachable and recognisable uniformed presence in the parks and play areas.
- To plan, provide support and lead small-scale events, play programmes and activities both outdoors and in council-owned buildings.
- To protect and maintain the infrastructure of the parks and play areas, including cleaning, gardening, repairs, and maintenance as required.
- To ensure the health and safety of the public using our facilities.
We are looking for a creative and energetic individual with a can-do attitude, effective communication skills, and the ability to work with a flexible approach and across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
You will be responsible for leading a team and working closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality services to our users.
