Care Team Lead Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Care Team Lead to join our residential care team at Barchester Healthcare. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading by example, promoting a culture of excellence, and delivering high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of care staff in delivering exceptional care
  • Develop and implement effective care plans
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
  • Proven experience in a residential care setting
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Able to make informed decisions to support resident wellbeing
