About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Simulation and Modelling Engineer to join our team at MBDA. As a Simulation and Modelling Engineer, you will play a critical role in the development and implementation of simulation software and models to support the design and testing of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain simulation software and models using programming languages such as MATLAB, Simulink, Fortran, and C/C++.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate simulation models and design data.
  • Implement Agile working practices and dynamic working across multiple projects to meet demand.
  • Work closely with other departments and companies to integrate subsystem models and design data.
Requirements
  • Degree qualified in an Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computing, or Natural Science discipline (minimum 2:2).
  • Strong understanding of mathematical modelling and programming principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
