Modelling and Simulation Systems Engineer

Electus Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Modelling and Simulation Systems Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for performing activities including modelling, algorithm development, and systems studies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement modelling and simulation techniques to support the development of complex defence systems.
  • Design and develop algorithms to optimize system performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate modelling and simulation results into system design and development.
  • Conduct data analysis and technical report writing to communicate results and recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain software and firmware to support modelling and simulation activities.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and advancements in modelling and simulation.

Requirements

  • Qualification to degree level in a STEM subject.
  • Experience in modelling and simulation, algorithm development, and systems studies.
  • Strong understanding of RF systems and digital signal processing.
  • Knowledge of model verification, configuration control, and model release processes.
  • Experience with continuous integration and testing.
  • Understanding of machine learning and AI concepts.
