  • Ensure seamless communication and collaboration between kitchen staff, front-of-house teams, and other departments to deliver a cohesive and exceptional guest experience.
  • Maintain the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality control, adhering to all relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, supplies, and resources to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-volume, fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong culinary expertise, with a passion for innovation and creativity in menu development.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
