Job Title: Neonatal Intensive Care Sister/Charge Nurse

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Neonatal Intensive Care Sister/Charge Nurse to join our team at the Royal London Hospital.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to members of the neonatal team
  • Assess care needs and develop, implement, and evaluate programs of care
  • Deliver education and training programs, including mandatory training, clinical, and enhanced skills within Neonatology
Person Specification:
  • Registered Nurse, Children's Nurse, or Midwife
  • Mentorship and assessment in the clinical area or equivalent
  • Neonatal course (all modules)
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Neonatal Life Support
Key Skills:
  • Good level of skill in computer usage, including NHS databases
  • Awareness of the Toolkit for high-quality neonatal services
  • Excellent understanding of safeguarding issues
