About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Neonatal Intensive Care Sister/Charge Nurse to join our team at the Royal London Hospital. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and dedicated professional to make a real difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will provide support to members of the neonatal team, assessing care needs, developing and implementing care plans, and setting standards. They will also deliver education and training programs, incorporating mandatory training, clinical, and enhanced skills within neonatology.

Person Specification

Essential

  • Registered Nurse, Children's Nurse, or Midwife
  • Mentorship and assessment in the clinical area or equivalent
  • Neonatal course (all modules)

Desirable

  • Neonatal Life Support
