Product Development Manager

We're looking for a Product Development Manager to lead our IMS capabilities development, driving customer experience enhancements and aligning with overall business objectives. This is a key role within our Insurance Money and Services team, working closely with Technology teams, UX Designers, and partners to develop Security and ID credentials.
Your primary responsibility will be creating and managing the product backlog, ensuring it aligns with the product vision and creates value in line with OKRs. You'll review the backlog, coordinate dependencies, and reprioritise work and resource deployment as needed.
You'll also communicate technical details and priorities to teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and supporting team members in their understanding of the broader outcomes. Key skills required include digital product ownership experience in a related industry, strong communications skills, and a relentless customer focus.
In return for your expertise, you'll enjoy a competitive salary of £65,000 - £90,000 per annum, plus benefits including flexible working arrangements and professional development opportunities.
