Office Support Specialist

Hays Specialist Recruitment is pleased to present a unique opportunity for an Office Administrator to join one of the UK & Ireland's leading building services companies. Based in Portadown, this successful business has been trading for over 20 years and is renowned for its innovative approach and commitment to excellence.
The Role:
In this exciting position, you will work closely with the Accounts and Service departments, creating and updating records and databases with financial and other data. You will also maintain service levels and Key Performance Indicators with customers, prepare reports for the management team, and work with the supply chain to complete jobs. On-the-job training will be provided to ensure your success in this role.
What We Offer:
This fantastic opportunity includes a salary of £26,000 per annum, as well as career progression, ongoing training, health plan, enhanced maternity and paternity pay, additional holiday increase with length of service, and the chance to join a well-established and supportive team with a fantastic culture and environment.
