Job Title: HR Support Coordinator

A key role has become available within our organization, Together, to manage the completion of pre-employment and existing colleague vetting checks. This position is responsible for ensuring business integrity and regulatory obligations are met.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide expert support and guidance to colleagues and managers through face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and written correspondence.
  2. Manage new starter processes, contractual changes, and leaver procedures, including regulatory considerations and associated documentation.
  3. Conduct and oversee background checks using Experian, investigating matters thoroughly and resolving them in a timely manner to mitigate potential risk to the company.
  4. Maintain, update, and supervise system-held information, ensuring accurate filing of documents and compliance with GDPR regulations.
  5. Organize and coordinate Occupational Health appointments, DSE assessments, and Access to Work initiatives, including submitting referrals, liaising with providers, and following up on action points.
  6. Prepare and report data, providing analysis as necessary.
  7. Take minutes for formal investigations, disciplinary meetings, grievance proceedings, and ad-hoc meetings as required.
Salary:

$57,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
