Job Title: Technical Product Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Manager to lead the development of a high-impact pharmaceutical product. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and partners to understand their needs and challenges, and propose technical solutions.
  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap that aligns with business objectives and client requirements.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of product features and enhancements in an agile environment.
  • Ensure compliance with industry-specific regulatory and validation requirements for all product releases.
  • Leverage cloud technologies to design and implement scalable and secure solutions.
  • Prioritize product features and enhancements based on client feedback, market trends, and business priorities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding product-related inquiries and issues.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product strategy and positioning.
  • Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager, preferably within the pharmaceutical/clinical trial or healthcare industries.
  • Strong understanding of GxP validation requirements and experience ensuring compliance in a regulated environment.
  • Relevant experience working in highly regulated environments with validated systems, ideally in pharmaceutical/clinical trial settings.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud technologies (ideally Azure), with strong understanding of security best practices and compliance in cloud environments.
  • Experience with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
  • Demonstrated experience working in an Agile software delivery environment.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity, and fostering a sense of partnership.
