About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Content Specialist to join our Information Products team at NCR Atleos. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and updating a range of customer and service publications for our hardware products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation: Develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation for our ATM (Automated Teller Machine) products, including site preparation, installation, operator, service, and parts manuals.
  • Project Management: Plan and execute projects with key milestones and deliverables, collaborating with engineers and stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate publication of content.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with Engineering, Product Management, Quality, Manufacturing, and Services teams to ensure alignment of deliverables and contribute to process documents as part of Quality Management System reviews.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in an engineering, technical writing, or technical customer service role.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Problem-Solving: Systematic and methodical approach to problem-solving, with a focus on customer satisfaction and user-centered design.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in technical communication tools such as MadCap Flare/Adobe Framemaker, PTC Creo or Solidworks, CorelDraw/Designer, and Solidworks Composer.
  • Product Knowledge: Familiarity with the NCR Atleos ATM product family and devices is an advantage.

  • Competitive Salary: £36,000 - £42,000 per annum.
