We are looking for a highly motivated and caring Residential Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for:


Key Responsibilities
  • Providing daily care and support to residents, including medication administration and personal care.
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with residents, encouraging their independence and self-esteem.
  • Participating in therapeutic activities and interventions, supporting residents' emotional and psychological needs.
  • Working collaboratively with other members of the team to ensure seamless delivery of care and support services.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid driving license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing situations.
  • Experience working with vulnerable individuals or groups, preferably in a childcare or youth work setting.
