Safeguarding Specialist

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Youth Support Manager to join their team. As the Registered Manager and Safeguarding Lead for designated bungalows, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of safety, well-being, and care for children and young people. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires excellent communication and organisational skills.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Acting as the Registered Manager and Safeguarding Lead for designated bungalows
  • Ensuring the effective implementation of care plans and safeguarding protocols
  • Managing and optimising operational systems, resources, and colleagues


The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing residential services, ideally within children or specialist care settings. If you are a motivated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional care, we encourage you to apply.

The estimated salary for this position is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
