European Sales Director

Brightsmith, a leading partner in the EV Charging industry, seeks an experienced professional to lead its sales efforts in Europe. As the Head of Sales for Europe, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive growth and success across the continent.
This role requires overseeing the Sales teams' operations, researching market trends, conducting competitor analysis, and developing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies for EV Charging equipment in Europe.
- Identify and grow relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders within the charging industry.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, developments, and competitor activity.
- Proactively drive all bid activity within Europe, including negotiations and contract execution.
- Attend industry conferences and events across Europe to network and stay informed.
- 10 years of commercial experience in the EV Charging industry, specifically in hardware manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of the EV Charging landscape and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
- Experience in developing business units in new geographies and regions.
A competitive salary of £120,000 - £150,000 per annum is offered for this exciting opportunity based in the UK. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing for a balance between office and remote work.
