Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Area Sales Manager to promote and sell Power Generation and Access equipment within the dealership territory to new and existing customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent commercial awareness, problem-solving abilities, and experience in consultative selling techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Build and maintain relationships with customers, both remotely and in-person
  2. Prepare customer quotations using dealership software, including service contracts and finance options
  3. Conduct valuations on part exchanges and ensure machine specifications meet customer needs
  4. Perform machine demonstrations and installations on-site
  5. Drive sales and profitability in line with business targets
  6. Monitor customer accounts and manage payment collection
  7. Communicate effectively with internal and external teams
  8. Complete administrative tasks accurately and on time

Requirements:

  1. Excellent commercial awareness and problem-solving abilities
  2. Proven sales call planning and forecasting experience
  3. Skilled in consultative selling techniques
