Practice Coordinator, Global Disputes

We are seeking a highly qualified individual to join our Practice Services team as a Practice Coordinator for the Global Disputes Practice. Our team sits at the intersection of practicing lawyers and administrative functions, working collaboratively in a dynamic environment focused on delivering exceptional internal and external service.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct research and analysis of internal data, as well as local and global industry market data, to inform business development initiatives.
- Participate in Practice strategic planning and drive business development initiatives, working closely with lawyers and staff to advance and execute initiatives.
- Draft internal presentations and client analytical reports, updating and maintaining Practice marketing materials as needed.
- Support internal Practice and cross-practice meetings, assisting local and global teams with preparation of submissions for legal directories, industry awards, surveys, and league tables.
- Assist lawyers, alongside the Business Development & Communications team, with coordination of client-focused events and activities.
- Maintain, update, and coordinate information in internal data systems, supporting Practice budgeting, personnel evaluations, and other administrative activities.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Minimum two (2) years of experience working within a law firm or corporate legal department.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong Excel capability and confidence in creative calculations and data analysis.
- Strong PowerPoint capability.
- Strong presentation skills.
- General knowledge of and familiarity with law firm practices, including health care and life sciences, is preferred.
- Strong service orientation and ability to work with a wide range of people on a global team.
- Ability to work under pressure and respond positively to changing priorities.
- Ability to establish effective working relationships both internally and externally.
- Ability and receptiveness to learn new systems and applications.
- Proficiency in general Office applications, i.e., Word, Outlook, and Teams.
